Detailed description of the works Hi, I just moved to a new place to me and couple of things needs to be done. 1. I want to change bath taps they are old style one side hot other side cold- no balance. I want to replace for one tap in the middle with ease regulate water. temperature.Question: how much to replace this? of course i would have to get new ones but not sure which to choose to make sure it fits. 2. Bath vent - dont operate well,i want them to be replaced - all three. 3. i need to get new cooker hood - how much to replace? 4. In my main bath shower is not working i believe because of potassium - do I get new or it is possible to clean it or something needs to be replaced? I want to know how much would it cost me for a job to be done (in breakdown)of course items are separately. I have selected budget but its just approximately - i understand it can be more.
